With a deep love for performing and the Arts (especially the Golden Age of cinema), Atlanta-born Kate knew from a very young age the entertainment industry was where she would thrive. She attended Belmont University in Nashville (BFA in Theatre Performance) and spent a summer studying at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts before landing an internship at AMT, a top Atlanta talent agency. Lured by the siren call of NYC, Kate began an internship with O Magazine, becoming “Emily” for Ms. Oprah Winfrey herself. Not a fan of the New York cold, she moved back to Atlanta to work for talent management company K. Starr Management.  As a full service agent at Daniel Hoff Agency, Kate is excited to utilize her experience, desire and drive to guide talent in creating their very best work.

Get Scene 360 Format

Students will have the opportunity to experience all three audition scenarios: self-tape, in person, and a cold read. Actors will be given mock sides ahead of time and be required to self-tape. They will receive feedback and have the opportunity to read again. Afterward, they will get a cold read on the spot to improve how they make spontaneous choices. This intensive class will conclude with a Q&A.

You will receive Acting, Technical, or a combination of feedback on your materials. You must follow all the instructions in the welcome email to receive acting feedback. By signing up you understand that you will not be refunded if you do not follow directions.
